Challenge a top player and win and we’ll add your name to our Top Players Board in the bar.

How to challenge

Use the Request a challenge form below to join the challenge or challenge another top player

Arrange your challenge

We’ll send you contact information for a player above you on the board, or we’ll send you a challenge from a new player.

Contact the player to arrange a time to play at Hurricane Room within the next 14 days. 

• American Pool – Best of 11 frames wins

• English Pool – Best of 13 frames wins

• Snooker – Best of 5 frames wins

(No starts allowed to be given)

Move up the board levels

Check our Top Player Boards on the screen in the bar. If you win against a higher-level player you’ll move up a row on the board. If you lose against a lower-level player you’ll move down. 

Challenge expiry

If the player you have contacted to challenge has not responded within 7 days please get back to us and we’ll assign another player.

If the player fails to complete an arranged challenge within the assigned 14 days please report this to us. If it’s a higher-level player we’ll move them down or off the board which means you move up.
